Jenny Brown and Jeff Eyman have been together in various projects since meeting first in college, some fifteen years ago.  They were born and raised in the Bay Area, where they currently reside and perform in many local venues and festivals.  They previously played together as Honey Chile, a Bay Area favorite and original retro soul band (original, self-titled album available on iTunes).  Other bands include; The Revival, The Sundowners and The Memphis City Pipelayers.

Jeff Eyman : songwriter and lap guitarist. He is a native Californian.  He was inspired to pick up the guitar upon hearing traditional American blues music. 

Brian Vandemark lays down the deep smoky grooves of the ol' Doghouse Bass and occasionally some backing vocals in The Next of Kin.  Brian is a multi-instrumentalist with 30 years of experience performing on bass in Orchestra, Jazz, Bluegrass, and Rock ensembles.  Brian developed his abilities on bass in High School with the Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra and in college with the Occidental-Caltech Orchestra.  Brian works regularly for The Clayton Theatre Company performing on bass and banjo in musicals such as Urinetown, The Robber Bridegroom, and You're A Good Man Charlie Brown (Fall 2016).  Brian is also an active member of Bay Area bands, Hovering Breadcat and Mad Hungry.


Paul Garay-Ash has been drumming since the age of 7. He's known Jeff and Jenny for more than 13 years dating back to when they all met in a music class in college. He plays various percussion instruments including the classic drum kit and the Spanish cajon.
